Washi is a traditional Japanese rice paper. We have selected hand printed washi from small artisan in Kyoto. Their print patterns are originated from kimono fabric in the late 19th century. They are dyed with hand cut stencils using a paint produced in the Kyoto region.
Washi shade comes in 2 sizes, 6 colours/patterns:hex/red, maple stripe/pink, maple ptripe/purple, maple/yellow, maple/green and wave/grey.
All shades has E17 UK standard fitting. (28mm approx)
Washi shades L are 28cm diameter, 25cm height.
Mini shades are 12.5cm diameter, 14cm height.
Washi lamp shade L in maple stripe/pink and maple/yellow.
Mini shade on stand (sold separately) in maple/green and wave/grey.
